A student is a natural person above the age of 13 who subscribes to a course and study.
A course is collection of sessions, assignments, and forum posts.
A session contains course material such as videos and any other form of documents for knowledge delivery. A session can also contain a test to evaluate and grade students.
If you would like to offer a course on our platform, you have to be above the age of 18, and have a verified mobile phone number. If you offer your course for private use, it is your full responsibility that the content or the means that you acqure the content is legal. You retain all intellectual property rights in, and are responsible for, the content that you share, including not not limited to videos, assignments, tests, exams, posts you make in the forum.
If you would like to subscribe to a course publically offerred on our platform, you have to be at least at the age of 13 and have a consent from your legal guardian.
EduCloud4u.com offers video streaming service and supports document distribution. By using our service, you agree not to distribute, share, or use the content you have access on our platform with anyone else.
Your participation in any course does not establish any relationship between you and any institution with which the course is offered by.
As a lecturer, EduCloud4u.com collects your basic information such as name, address, date of birth, email, method of payments, and your mobile number.
As a student, EduCloud4u.com collects your basic information such as name, address, date of birth and email.
As a lecturer, your course material is stored by EduCloud4u.com for you.
As a student, your test results and your progress in studying a course are stored by EduCloud4u.com and available to the lecturer for reviewing and teaching purposes.
As a lecturer, when you open a course, you give consent to EduCloud4u.com to share your course information to potential students. If you decide to offer your course in private mode, which means your course is only available to users with a qualified email address, your course general information will be availble to uses with a qualified email address. If you decide to offer your course in public mode, which means your course is available to both users with or without a qualified email address, your course general information will be available to any user who visits EduCloud4u.com. EduCloud BVBA will not disclose any of your information to a third party without your consent to offer your course publically, unless your information is required by law.
As a student, EduCloud BVBA does not keep your financial data when you make a payment. Payments are authorized and handled by PayPal Inc. and Ingenico ePayment system. When you study a course, you give consent to EduCloud4u.com to allow your lecturer to review your information related to that course. EduCloud BVBA will not disclose any of your information to a third party without your consent, unless your information is required by law.
We take security seriously. EduCloud4u.com does not collect or store your financial data. EduCloud4u.com does not store your password but only the salted password hashing. EduCloud4u.com has no way to recover your password with the salted password hashing. As a user, you always need to keep your email address up to date so EduCloud4u.com knows where to send password recovery email.
